We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
Please inspect all resin products upon delivery. Resins may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. If your item arrives damaged, the claim must be submitted within 30 days so we can process a replacement or refund.
If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
Defective, Damaged or Items Shipped in error
You will receive a refund for the price of the item(s) along with shipping and handling costs for both initial shipment and return freight only for defective, damaged or items shipped in error. For all other items, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Note: Refunds for the cost of shipping a returned item back to us are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. If you return an item via an expedited shipping method, you will still only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.
Any returns must be 100% complete in original packaging with all packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC label. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items, unless the items are found to be defective upon opening. We do not accept the return of broken products caused by misuse.
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
The customer will be responsible for both original shipping and handling and return shipping fee.
Requesting a Return Authorization
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please call us at (800) 221-0750 within the return period stated above.
Returns will not be accepted without an Authorization. Items returned after 30 days frame will not be accepted.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your statement.
